We operate 13 tests for our outdoor lights to ensure the quality and reliability. Blow is parts of them
It is to test the water-proof and dust proof rate for led lights. It will expose our lights to a rotary spray for minimum 10 minutes.
It is to test the impact resistance rate for led lights. The machine will carry out 3 repeated identical impacts for led lights.
Test the stability when lights work in hot environment. This tests is conducted in the constant temperature and humidity test chamber at about 40℃ for over 168hours.
All our LED lights will go through 6 hours aging test after assembly. This can help find the defected lights to make sure all the lights work well when our clients get them.
Test LED lights in the dark room to get the final lumen output and photometric curves. This will help us with the light design.
